Refund policy
At EcoZyraGlobal, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
RETURNS
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at ecozyra.global@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
REFUNDS
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and cancellation may not be possible.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Items marked as final sale
• Used or damaged products caused by the customer
• Items returned without prior approval
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
In some cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs depending on the reason for the return.
DELIVERY DELAYS
As we work with international suppliers, some products may take 7–15 business days for delivery. Shipping delays caused by customs or carriers are outside our control and are not eligible for refunds.
